The breakfast included excellent variety. The Customer Desk offered very hospitable service. The check-in desk staff remained friendly all the time. The room included requirements, they were practical.

The lobby is very busy so it needs a rethink. It seemed like a market place.

The breakfast selection was quite diverse. The staff was attentive. abhijit provided great assistance. i especially liked the birthday cake arrangement for my daughter. It was a nice touch. access to the waterpark added to a nice weekend.

I loved the cleanliness! my room was super clean and the entire hotel was well kept (they definitely deserve recognition). the water park and aquarium were huge perks. Both are included. the staff were really good too make it special for my anniversary.

getting bags to the taxi took a long time, even though i said i was in a rush. i missed my flight because of this delay. the hotel checked the cameras, agreed it took too long, but offered no help with rebooking.

The half board package was a great deal.. breakfast and dinner included lots of amazing food options. The staff showed kindness, the facilities were well kept, and the restaurants offered great variety. Access to the waterpark proved a definite highlight for my stay, I appreciated the convenience for the whole family, especially the kids.

When I booked the room, I was great, but this was not accommodated. I received a confirmation of the high-floor request, but the room was on the fifth floor. I expected a better view from higher up.
